The Municipal Kitchens exhibition reimagines communal eating in cities, and gathers works by international and local artists and collectives that expose the current state and injustice of food systems, as well as ones that propose new forms of community-based eating.
At nGbK Myvillages opens a series of shelves to collect and connect land-based knowledge that goes into the making of beverages. Drinks on display from ongoing collaborations and research, include horse-milk capsules from Friesland, BAD Cola and Sour Brexit from Company Drinks. Drinks from colleagues and friends in Berlin will be added.
A Rural Undercurrents Lunch, and Rural Day Trip were part of the public programme.
